Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order please call 0191 232 5335. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
All of the products on this site are selected for quality, and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.
Defective Goods
In the unlikely event that your goods are defective on arrival, we will happily replace them assuming they are returned within 7 days of receipt, complete with all original packaging.
Unsuitable Goods (i.e., incorrect size)
If your goods are unsuitable for any other reason (e.g. incorrect size), we will refund for the item only, assuming it is returned within 7 days of receipt, complete with all original packaging.
As a service to our customers, Magic Box (Fun at your Fingertips) would like to point out that we cannot take responsibility for costumes once washed.
Returning Your Items
Please contact us to authorize your return before posting it back to us. You can do this by email, or by telephone. Please also ensure that you provide your full contact details, including telephone number, and your order number in the package when you return your items.
You must ensure that the goods are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the post. Please also make sure that the item is sent via a tracked service/ insured as Magic Box (Fun at your Fingertips) cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit on returns.
